Church Farm, Kington Langley, Wiltshire
The lovely Meg & Oly, together over ten years and tying the knot in the most tranquil venue in the middle of Wiltshire it really was an honour! They had both thought of every little detail and it really did just make the wedding extra beautiful, as it all came together I could see Meg & Oly’s designs come to life! Meg & I went to school together back in 2000 so we go back such a long way, we had lost touch and when she got in touch to flower her day it was the start of a lovely rekindled friendship as well as being able to provide her flowers!
The palette & brief was soft lilacs, whites and blues not really any pink was wanted which I think worked so well it allowed it to be feminine but not in an obvious way, subtle & delicate and totally fitting in the gorgeous meadow setting.
Meg wore the most divine dress, it was just so her! Fresh, modern and perfect for the setting & temperatures, she found it at Willoughby & Wolf in Marlborough, a really great wedding dress shop I would recommend to any bride.
The bridesmaids dresses were some of my favourite i’d seen! Nice playful lengths with gorgeous floral detailing, it really worked as it was quite a boiling day!
Even the table plan was such a work of art, considering every tiny detail Meg & Oly made it all tie together and they genuinely looked like they had hired a wedding stylist it had such flow and such cohesiveness!
